We provide temporary staff to luxury residences and we are currently recruiting for Temporary Yardperson/Caretaker candidates to cover various sites across London & surrounding locations.
Duties:
- Cleaning the communal areas inside and outside.
- Collecting rubbish, rotating the bins in the bin store and manual handling large bins to the refuse collection areas in a timely manner.
- Undertaking regular building patrols.
- Duties may include: Hoovering carpets, cleaning any glass surfaces, litter picking, sweeping the courtyard area, compacting large volumes of cardboard and jet washing floors
Skills Set
- Impeccable customer service skills;
- Professional, organised and with good manners;
- Understanding of caretaking/cleaning/gardening/general Maintenance;
- Understanding of residential block management;
- Ability to deal with contractors, leaseholders and residents confidently
