Our client
Our client is an established contractor working on a diverse range of interesting projects up to £15m across the UK, including utilities installations, highways, rail, and infrastructure.
To support ambitious growth plans and newly awarded contracts and a full order book for 2024 are client seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join the company on a permanent basis, with time split between office and site.
The Role:
Reporting to the Operations Director and liaising closely with the site teams.
- Manage payment applications.
- Prepare valuations and project reports.
- Assisting in final accounts
- The preparing of CVRs
- Reviewing potential contracts to project the company's financial position.
What we are looking for:
- To be considered for the position you will already be a Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step.
- Ideally you will be degree qualified with a familiarity of the NEC form of contract, though candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
- However, a background in civil engineering is key.
