Service Delivery Manger
One of my cleints is urgently looking for a Service Delivery Manager for a 6 month contract with possible extension to based in Reading or Havant.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operations and working alongside the Senior Management Team as well as ensuring the day-to-day operations of the service. includes, but is not limited to:
- Developing and implementing service standards and procedures for the service delivery department
- Maintaining customer relationships and improving response and delivery times
- Updating and creating service methods to improve overall efficiency
- Resolving any service problems and customer complaints
- Creating and presenting regular reports to senior management
- Routinely monitoring of audits as per policy and support in service design and innovation
- Ensuring the integrity of the service through excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
Skills Required
- At least 3 years proven Service Manager experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and service delivery standards
- Strong leadership ability and team spirit
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of relevant software packages
