Are you looking for a new challenge as a Lettings Negotiator? Luton's market leading Estate Agent are recruiting for a highly motivated and ambitious person to fill the role of Lettings Negotiator to join their lettings department in their busy Luton office.

The ideal candidate is someone with either 6-12 months property experience or someone that is looking to secure their first role within the industry. You must have a customer service background, a great attitude and be a team player. You will be ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career and you will have a winning mindset. Local knowledge of the area would be preferred.
You must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car.
Salary package and benefits of the Lettings Negotiator position include:
- Basic £18,000 to £20,000
- OTE £30,000 to £32,000
- Mon to Fri 8.30am to 6pm working every other Saturday 9am to 4pm with one lieu day every four weeks

Responsibilities of the Lettings Negotiator position include:
- Registering and qualifying potential tenants
- Generating and conducting viewings
- Canvassing to bring on new properties
- Liaising between landlords and tenants
- Property inspections
- Booking appointments and conducting viewings
- Provide advice and turn initial queries into actual business
The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator role will include:
- Previous experience with a customer service background or 6 to 12 month's experience in the property industry
- High level of customer service skills
- The desire to work well in a team
- Good telephone manner
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car
