Are you seeking a new role in recruitment ?

Our client is seeking an ambitious individual to join their team to be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment service for their business.

Reporting to the Head of HR, this role will work closely with hiring managers to support and meet their current and future resourcing and talent need. This position also provides a great opportunity to work with a range of external stakeholders including schools, colleges and universities to help inspire and engage future talent through a range of initiatives including work placements and internships. A pro-active attitude, great communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop along with being highly organised are a must!

This role is based in Great Yarmouth for 3 days a week and applicants must possess a UK passport or valid right to work in the UK documentation.

About you...

  • Proven experience as Recruitment Officer / Administrator / Talent Coordinator or similar role
  • CIPD Level 3 or above or equivalent recognised qualification in Recruitment / Talent Management
  • Working knowledge of Recruitment Systems and data bases
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload to ensure productivity
  • High degree of professionalism and understanding of confidentiality and data protection requirements
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal
  • Good attention to detail and strong problem-solving
  • Team spirit and a collaborative work ethic
  • Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
