They are presently recruiting for a Repairs Scheduler to work within the Repairs team. This is a busy role and will involve:
- Providing an efficient repairs service
- Scheduling repairs
- Addressing customer queries
- Repairs diagnosis
- Issuing orders of work
- Arranging any further appointments
This is a varied post and will suit someone with an excellent telephone manner, who is customer focused and a real team player.
