Job Role: Labourer
Area: Portlethen
Salary: £26k
My client is looking for a Labourer to join the team based in Portlethen. This role will be working in there Aberdeen office.
Responsibilities:
- Performing various tasks required within the site investigation sector to a high standard.
- Load and unload vehicles.
- Operate hand and power tools.
- Hand digging of inspection pits to enable sample collection / drilling commencement.
- Deliveries/collection of materials (including towing) to/from site.
- General labouring including yard maintenance and cleaning.
- Stocktaking.
- Forklift work.
- Borehole headwork completion.
- Support the Laboratory Coordinator to enable maintenance of QHSE systems and company accreditations.
- Liaising with supervisors to ensure work is completed on time and in accordance with client requirements.
The ideal candidate will have:
- B+E towing entitlement.
- Forklift experience.
- Maintenance knowledge of plant and vehicles.
