45 Hours per week (Monday to Friday: 10:00 to 19:00)
Duties include:
- Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and security of the school premises
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including minor repairs and upkeep
- Monitor heating, lighting, and other building systems for optimal functionality
- Assist with setting up for events and activities as needed
- Respond promptly to any emergencies or maintenance issues
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a caretaking or facilities management role preferred
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Willingness to undergo background checks as required
