- Manage and oversee the development of data platforms within the analytics department

Profile
A successful Data Platforms Manager should have:
- Proven experience in managing data platforms and leading an analytics department
- Strong knowledge of the Energy & Natural Resources industry
- Excellent understanding of data management principles and best practices within the Microsoft Stack
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to foster teamwork
- Good strategic planning and decision-making skills
- Degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, or Information Systems
