Description
- Own the project plan and all supporting documentation for AtlasPro, ensure documentation is always
up to date and accurate.
- Work with business stakeholders to identify and deliver the system and operational improvements.
- Lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Regularly meet and liaise with management teams regarding overall progress, prioritization and
resolution of potential issues.
- Work with and drive stakeholders to manage the delivery of project to scope, costs and timescale and
take full ownership for the implementation of the project.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues and work with stakeholders to
devise contingency plans as required.
- Produce user and technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows for project
and change work streams.
- Ensure sufficient levels of test execution alongside User Acceptance Testing to ensure new features and
improvements are fit for purpose and can be released with confidence.
- Transition from development into live operation through a rigorous quality-controlled testing process.
- Ensure the IT Support Team are trained on any new solutions or enhancements and can support them
after launch.
- Conduct post implementation reviews in order to assess if the objectives and benefits have been
delivered successfully and create lessons learnt to identify areas of improvement for future projects.
- Liaise with third party stakeholders, both colleagues and external parties, to deliver and implement the
agreed solutions to improve business efficiency.
