Joining a reputable law firm, based at their offices in the centre of Liverpool.
You'll be collaborating with across teams to ensure data-driven processes are maximised and contribute to system development!
What you'll be doing:
- Extract, analyse, and present data to support decision making within the organisation
- Create reporting packs, customised dashboards and bespoke reports
- Ensure data is moved and managed securely
- Assist in designing the database and data warehouse
- Make recommendations and improvements to the system
- Maintain a strong understanding of data security best practices
- Create workflows and fields to support the development of the system
Experience to succeed:
- Proficient with SQL and visualisation tools; Power BI, Tableau, Excel
- Minimum of 2 years' working in a Data Analyst role
- Experience working with Legal Case Management Systems; Proclaim, Visual Files, Leap etc.
- Analytical mindset and a methodical approach to tasks
- Able to translate complex data sets into actionable insights
- Good people skills and able to effectively collaborate
Benefits:
- Salary of £30,000-35,000
- Office hours Monday to Friday
