An outstanding opportunity for an individual that has worked in the insurance industry in industry or practice to join a highly acquisitive MGA which is targeting further significant growth over the next 12 months.
The role is subject to much growth and development. Duties will be broad and not restricted to:
- The production of monthly financial statements and assistance with the group reporting and consolidation
- Monitoring of the group expense and related MI - e.g. budgets v actuals and further analysis and reporting
- Preparation of weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts for both GDP and international currencies
- Providing support to the Group FD to assist with specific project and initiatives and further exposure to external investors
- Contributing to the monthly close for multiple entities
- Involvement in the quarterly and annual tax computations in conjunction with external advisors
- Full involvement in year and acting as a key point of contact with auditors and further external advisors
- Direct involvement in the M&A process for target and executed acquisitions
- Numerous further projects in line with company growth
