FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PROJECT MANAGER

NEW CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE IN FILTON FOR A PROJECT MANAGER WITH EXPERIENCE IN FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

  • On-site in Filton
  • Initial Contract until June 2025
  • £35ph via Umbrella
  • Working 35 hours per week over 4.5 days
  • 1 stage interview
  • SC clearance required (client will provide sponsorship)

WHAT WILL THE FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PROJECT MANAGER BE DOING?

This role will be to oversee several facilities projects across our Filton and Newport site. The projects will include various activities ranging from workplace accidents and injuries, subcontractor safety and maintenance. Other roles include:

  • Working with Site Business Partners and Building Custodians
  • Understanding margin control, cost to compliance and final account negotiation
  • Communicating updates on FM topics to the wider business
  • Acting as a local voice of FM at Site level working groups

WE NEED THE FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PROJECT MANAGER TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING...

  • Project Management and Project Delivery experience
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Mechanical and Electrical experience
  • IOSH and/or NEBOSH qualifications
  • Confirmed Design Management awareness
