We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive to work for one of our clients who is a leading specialist in workspace locations across the UK. In this role, you would be working full-time hours, Monday to Friday. Our client is offering an excellent salary, depending on experience.

As the successfully Sales Executive you will:

  • Actively promote and sell serviced office spaces within the company portfolio
  • Maintain clear, courteous, and professional telephone etiquette at all times.
  • Achieve or surpass sales targets, both team-based and individual.
  • Conduct office space viewing's with potential clients in a professional manner.
  • Provide reports in the agreed format and within the specified timelines as required.
  • Serve as the primary contact for prospective clients, arranging viewing's and finalising agreements.
  • Follow up on warm leads from website inquiries and establish relationships with commercial and online brokers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, and new clients.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of selling to SME and corporate clients in a high-quality service and sales environment.
  • Collaborate with department heads and centre teams to coordinate client move-ins once deals are completed.
  • Operate effectively within a structured and successful sales environment.
  • Take responsibility for all new office sales for spaces accommodating 1-10 people, from inquiry to sale.
  • Engage with third-party agents and broker partners, increasing product awareness through visits, events, availability updates, and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support social media campaigns.
  • Manage daily key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive new sales.

Person Specification for the role of Sales Executive:

  • GCSEs or above in Business related areas would be desirable
  • Experience working in an SME/small or medium team environment would be highly desirable
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Will have excellent telephone communication skills
  • Must have superb face-to-face customer service skills
  • Knowledge of the commercial property market would be desirable
  • Must be flexible for working as occasional irregular hours can occur
  • Must have the flexibility to travel to different business centres, when required
