Our client based in Reading are looking for an organised, hardworking and dedicated individual to join their team on a temporary basis for 3 - 4 months. You will be supporting a number of Project, Contract and Site managers helping with document control, minute taking and attending a variety of meetings.
Responsibilities include, however are not limited to:
- Ensure documents and checks are secure and up to date
- Minute taking
- Attending meetings such as health and safety and board
- Ensure all documents are sent out in a timely manner
- Provide support to project, contract and site managers
- General admin support to the wider team
The successful candidate must be highly organised with high attention to detail as you will be working closely with documents and senior members of the team. Strong communication skills and minute taking abilities are required. It is essential to have construction industry experience.
Job Title: Document Controller - temporary position
Hourly Rate: £20 - £25/hour
Location: Pangbourne or Sonning - fully office based, 5 days a week
Working Days/Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 - 4 months
