The Role;
As an experienced HR Recruitment Consultant, you will be hands on in terms of client development and resourcing the best HR professionals in the market. Going foward you will build and lead a small team.
- Client Development and Business Development
- Lead from the front around cross selling and collaboration with relevant internal teams
- 360 hands on billing role
- Working with existing clients from Finance to E-Commerce to C&I
The Person;
- You should have a strong 360 agency Recruitment background, ideally in HR or Business Support
- You should have experience of coaching team members
- Strong client development experience is needed
- You should be driven, proactive and self-motivated
