My client is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Multi-Site Sales Sales Business Manager overseeing branches in Streatham and Balham SW London. This is an exceptional chance for a driven individual to take on a management role with a strong focus on growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple branches, ensuring smooth, compliant property sales processes
  • Drive branch growth by actively identifying, generating, and conducting property valuations and expanding the sales portfolio
  • Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers and manage all aspects of property sales
  • Lead and inspire the team, providing mentorship, support, and guidance to achieve branch goals
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions, maintaining excellent relationships with buyers and sellers
  • Support team development through training and ongoing support, helping them to achieve their career potential and meet business objectives

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong presentation and self-motivation skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Outstanding customer service orientation and attention to detail

  • Familiarity with property sales systems and IT skills
  • Proven experience in the property industry, with a high level of competency in property sales and management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of estate agency experience
  • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience
  • Full UK Driving License and access to own vehicle
