Job Title: Operations administrator
Salary: £11 - £11.44 per hour
Contract: Temp - Perm
Location: Cuffley
Hours: 5:00-10:30pm Monday to Friday, 1 weekend in 4 with a day off in leui

SKILLS REQUIRED
-Patience and customer care
-Motivated and reliable
-Adaptable and able to multi task
-Confident PC skills across MS software
-Confident telephone manner
-Fantastic liaison skills
-Medical experience is desirable but not essential
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Confidently liaising with end users, suppliers and customers
-Responding to insurer requests via email
-High quality customer service
-Gathering all information from the end user to appropriately record information
-Working alone as well as part of a small team
-Booking appointments
-Clearly communicating with the team and liaisons
