My client based near Sheffield has an exciting opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancer to join an established property team within a growing firm.

Essential Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record of providing excellent levels of client care
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comprehensive knowledge of current AML requirements
- Strong leadership skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
Work Environment:
You'll be based in the Sheffield area office with the flexibility to work partially remotely, ensuring a balanced approach to work and life.
Salary on the role ranges from £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience with scope for further development for the right candidate.
