Proactive Personnel Limited are a privately owned, successful recruitment business, founded in 1999, specialising in Industrial, Engineering, Transport & Office Support. Our Telford branch currently have an opening for an experienced and successful Regional Business Development Manager. This role will be instrumental in growing our established Industrial departments, covering the Shropshire or West Midlands region. This role will form part of our Senior Leadership Team within the business.

Job Role:

  • Identify new recruitment prospects within the region
  • Sell 360 recruitment solutions
  • Work to clear and achievable targets, maintain KPI'S activity

The Challenge:

  • Ability to win new business in a competitive market
  • Identifying business development opportunities
  • Ability to achieve targets
  • Networking and relationship management (Clients)
  • Drive the sales function forward of an established Industrial desk

Essential Skills:

  • Relevant experience in the recruitment market
  • Must drive and have full driving licence
  • Sales experience in a recruitment environment
  • Knowledge of the local Recruitment sector
  • Ability to overachieve

Previous Experience Required:

  • Experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, or Branch/Recruitment Sales Manager
  • Knowledge of the recruitment industry
  • Sales and business development skill set
  • Recruitment legislation knowledge
  • Knowledge of recruitment market desired

Hours of work Monday - Friday 8.00am- 5.00pm (40 hours per week)
