Role: Key Account Executive
Location: Trafford
Salary: £30,000 OTE £45,000
Hours: Monday - Friday / 9am - 5:30pm hybrid options available after the training and probation period
Search Manchester are recruiting on behalf of a very exciting business who are looking for a Key Account Executive to join their sales team on a permanent basis, based in their South Manchester Office.
This is a sales-based role, occasionally visiting clients where necessary with a key requirement for this role is previous experience within the umbrella industry or recruitment sector with a strong understanding of the umbrella industry.
The ideal candidate will be someone who has strong sales experience and can develop relationships that deliver profitable business and enhance our already well-established reputation with recruitment agencies.
The Role:
- Supporting and partnering with the Key Account Director in managing and nurturing our key accounts, to maintain and grow business relationships
- Increase the number of referring consultants and enquiries within the patch
- Acting as a main point of contact for clients and their needs along with the Key Account Director
- Working collaboratively with Key Account Advisors to address and resolve agency queries
- Attend face to face visits with new and existing clients to either create a new business opportunity or develop on the existing one
The Person:
- Experienced Account Manager/New Business within an umbrella company
- Individuals with excellent experience within the recruitment agency industry and who have a basic understanding of the umbrella industry would be considered
- Hardworking and approachable
- Sales and customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, including active listening
- Has a passion for excellent client service
- Strong networking and relationship building skills
- Superior organisation skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal support
