Job Title: Sales Administrator
Duration: Permanent Contract, office based
Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday - early finish on Fridays at 4pm.

The Role
Provide Sales administration support for the internal teams
Administer and co-ordinate all Sales administration processes for Customer orders with Stakeholders.
Co-ordinate/administer vehicle control and movements in support of customer orders.
Support the wider sales and operations team where required/necessary.
Effectively distribute sales material, ensuring all material is up to date.
Develop Customer relationships.
Developing a close working relationship with existing sales admin members and ensure there is support for each other in times of absence, holiday and as and when the business requires
Updating the Sales and Operations
Updating HubSpot system with sales
Raising new OE on Epicor.
Effectively manage order bac
Attend two weekly internal meetings.
Update external documents.
Organise demo vehicles.
Monthly calls with sister company.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate experience in a similar administrative role with an organised approach,
