Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of support workers.
  • Assist in care planning and ensure individual care needs are met.
  • Provide emotional and practical support to children and young people.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational standards.
  • Act as a positive role model and encourage development and independence.

The Person

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a children's residential care setting.
  • NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Children and Young People).
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • A reliable and caring approach to supporting young people.
