Quality Personnel is looking for an exceptional orders administrator to join our well-established client. This person will have excellent attention to detail as they will need to be processing high volumes of orders. Excel skills are required, including V Lookups so a solid understanding and experience of excel would be beneficial.

  • Reception duties including meeting and greeting, answering the telephone and managing the post
  • Arranging the scheduled facilities maintenance with contractors
  • Ensuring all documentation is completed with suppliers
  • Health and safety reporting
  • Internal auditing
  • Arranging travel including hotels, flights and transfers
  • Maintain the business management system

The successful candidate will have;

  • Previous administration experience in a mirrored role
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Fully proficient in the Microsoft Office
