Quality Personnel is looking for an exceptional orders administrator to join our well-established client. This person will have excellent attention to detail as they will need to be processing high volumes of orders. Excel skills are required, including V Lookups so a solid understanding and experience of excel would be beneficial.
- Reception duties including meeting and greeting, answering the telephone and managing the post
- Arranging the scheduled facilities maintenance with contractors
- Ensuring all documentation is completed with suppliers
- Health and safety reporting
- Internal auditing
- Arranging travel including hotels, flights and transfers
- Maintain the business management system
The successful candidate will have;
- Previous administration experience in a mirrored role
- Strong organisational skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Fully proficient in the Microsoft Office
