Tonic are recruiting for a Head Chef to join our client's restaurant in Sutton Coldfield. The menu offers modern, casual dining with a real focus on quality. You'll need experience within high-volume restaurants, managing large teams and overseeing busy services. As Head Chef you'll be the heartbeat of the kitchen, supporting, training and developing the junior chefs.

What are we looking for in Head Chef candidates...
