Are you a dynamic Quality Manager looking for a new challenge!

We are recruiting for an expert Quality Manager to join our team in ensuring the highest standards of quality control and assurance within our organisation. With Quality and continuous improvement at the heart of the business you will implement and monitor quality processes and procedures throughout the business.

Duties:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems, processes, and procedures to uphold product and service quality throughout the business and maintain our ISO 9001 2015 accreditation.
  • Implement, monitor, and evaluate KPI's to measure quality performance throughout the business.
  • Plan and conduct regular audits to assess compliance with quality standards and regulations through every department.
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement improvements to production processes.
  • Monitor production output and carryout periodic quality checks.
  • Work alongside production team leaders to ensure all production checks are conducted and recorded as instructed.
  • Work alongside goods in to ensure the quality of raw material conforms to tolerances and ensure the correct processes and procedures are carried out.
  • Work alongside the warehouse team to ensure the quality of the picking and packing so our customers always receive the correct goods, with the correct paperwork and all goods are packaged and delivered safely.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve any quality issues.
  • Investigate non-conformances, ensuring preventative and corrective actions are implemented and monitored.
  • Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Identify and manage risks to the business.
  • Produce reports from the data collated to discuss KPI's and areas of improvement with the senior management team monthly or as requested.
  • Ensuring compliance with the latest standards, regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Implement ISO 140001

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quality management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Proficient in analysing data and implementing quality assurance best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve quality objectives.
  • Attention to detail.
  • A desire for continuous improvement.
  • In depth understanding of quality control and relevant legal standards.
