An esteemed, award-winning Property and Construction Consultancy is on the lookout for a bright, ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic Liverpool office.
This is a fantastic chance for a driven Assistant Quantity Surveyor to become part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to successful property and construction projects across the UK.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be engaged in a wide array of projects spanning the Residential, Warehouse/Industrial, Commercial, Education, and Heritage sectors.
The incoming Assistant Quantity Surveyor will collaborate with a diverse client base and a specialist team of enthusiastic, supportive quantity surveyors. With a team of 40 professionals in the office, including Project Managers, Directors, Building Surveyors, and a Quantity Surveying team of seven, you will benefit from the extensive resources of a well-established company while enjoying the close-knit support and mentorship typical of a smaller team.
You will be part of the company's renowned in-house structured training programme, which has an outstanding track record of guiding individuals through their APC.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be proactive and hungry to learn, develop and progress long term within a market leading team. You will also have:
- A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or construction related field)
- 1+ years Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
- The desire to complete your APC and become MRICS
- A valid UK driving license is highly beneficial
