Location: East Leeds, LS15 with parking - Hybrid Working

Start Date: ASAP

Assignment Length: 6 months

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (Hybrid Working)

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating logistics operations, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between various stakeholders
  • Handling invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Updating and maintaining information on CRM systems
  • Assisting with daily administrative tasks related to logistics operations.
  • Collaborating with the team to improve processes and efficiency.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar administrative role
  • Proficient in handling invoices, raising purchase orders, and filing shipping documents.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office Suite
