TEAM ASSISTANT – ASSET WEALTH MANAGEMENT

A global investment bank is seeking someone to join the Global Investment Research division as a Team Assistant for 6 months!

TEAM ASSISTANT – ASSET WEALTH MANAGEMENT ROLE:

  • Managing calendars proactively across multiple time zones, prioritising meeting requests, including coordination of complex meetings and phone and video conference calls
  • Effectively managing a high volume of phone calls, placing, receiving, screening, and routing calls as needed, and taking detailed and accurate messages
  • Coordinating meetings and conference calls, maintaining banker contacts
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, multi-leg international travel, visa applications, car transfers, hotel reservations, cash advances, and preparing itineraries
  • Processing travel and entertainment expense reports timely and accurately, ensuring compliance with expense guidelines
  • Interacting with colleagues in a professional and effective manner
  • Fostering a team-oriented environment by providing support and sharing responsibility with other members of the phone group
  • Assisting with other ad hoc projects and duties as requested
  • Performing general tasks including, but not limited to, faxing, copying, archiving, and filing

TEAM ASSISTANT – ASSET WEALTH MANAGEMENT ESSENTIALS:

  • Willing to work 5 days in office
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an Assistant supporting senior level executives or a large team
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Advanced MS Office Skills
