Join Our Team as a Smart Planning & Dispatch Agent!

Contract duration: 6 Months, potential of extension.
Hours: 37 hours
Shifts- Monday - Sunday between 7 am - 8pm during Winter7 -7 during the summer and 7.30 - 6 weekends.
Rate: £14.00 PH overtime on the weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Smart Planning & despatch Agent, you will play a crucial role in our operations, including:
- Efficiently coordinating and dispatching resources to ensure timely service delivery.
- analysing data to optimise planning and improve operational efficiencies.
- Collaborating with various departments to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring and adjusting plans as necessary to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Providing exceptional customer support and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
