Salary & benefits

  • We have an agile working approach but the team are based in Leeds & Manchester so those locations are preferred
  • Salary is paying up to £45,000 dependent on experience with 10% annual bonus paid quarterly
  • 30 days holiday
  • Pension and PMI

Role purpose:

  • Responsible for planning the promotion of IDEX's products, brand and services in order to help the company grow, generate leads and drive revenue. Oversee cross-divisional marketing campaigns and activities that align with the main marketing strategy and wider business goals

Areas of focus will include social media, creative design, campaign management, data MI & reporting, content management and corporate communications

Reports to:

  • Marketing Director

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with senior management about existing and new marketing activities
  • Organise events and webinars, ensuring pre and post event plans are in place including ROI tracking
  • Manage and create appropriate content for a variety of channels
  • Evaluate and improve marketing campaigns with possible solutions to fit within budgetary constraints
  • Identify measuring marketing outcomes to increase the efficiency of marketing activities within the company
  • Responsible for cross-divisional marketing campaigns and brand guidelines in line with business and wider marketing strategy
  • Work with creative freelancers, direct and manage visual and written content required for campaigns, articles and social media posts, ensuring it falls within our brand guidelines and tone of voice
  • Undertake effective analysis of all marketing initiatives, share learning's with relevant colleagues and apply learning's to future plans to improve customer experience and ROI. Identify and implement opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with all internal teams to ensure that we have the correct assets, budget and targeting set up across our campaigns
  • Develop marketing processes and procedures to optimise efficiency
