Our client, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking an experienced Analytics Professional to join their Marketing Base Management and Data team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting deep-dive analysis (and reporting when needed) on the customer base, as well as understanding the commercial drivers influencing the client's customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive customer base analysis and insights
- Understand and assess key commercial drivers impacting customer behaviour
Required Experience:
- Strong proficiency in applying Analytics to customer behaviour
- Advanced SQL skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience in building data visualisation tools
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Analytics and BigQuery
