Randstad Student Support is looking for dedicated Specialist Autism Mentors in Dundee to assist students with autism. In this impactful role, you'll provide one-on-one guidance, helping them navigate academic challenges and reach their potential.
Starting as soon as possible, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping students build confidence and develop essential skills. Your responsibilities will include:
- Listening to students to manage stress and anxiety
- Encouraging independent learning
- Developing organisational and time management skills
- Creating opportunities for future career growth

Desirable skills include:
Experience of working with autistic clients
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to identify ways of helping students to build on their learning strengths whilst maintaining a confidential and professional working relationship
Punctuality and reliability
Good organisational skills
Ability to manage a caseload of students
