Customer Service Administrator
to join our client in Swindon SN3.

£24,000 per annum
o Permanent position
o Working Monday - Friday 0800-1700
o No weekends.
o Monthly pay
About the job
o Account Management.
o Build and maintain relationship with customer accounts
o Process, input and complete orders for customers
o Proactively handle any customer queries or issues and resolve in a timely manner
o Regularly keep in contact with all customers
o Ensure all deliver drivers documents are completed and uploaded daily
o Liaise with drivers daily to ensure customer deliveries are met
o Perform all administration tasks accurately and on time in accordance with procedures.
The right candidate
o Good understanding of the routes and geographical areas.
o An understanding of the products and services available.
o Previous customer service experience.
o Ability to take ownership of customer queries and accounts.
o Excellent telephone and communication skills
o Ability to proactively manage a varied and demanding workload
o Excellent customer service skills and ability to cope well under pressure.
