Cambridgeshire - Supplier Quality Engineer - £40-60k DOE
My client are leaders in the telecommunications industry and are increasingly growing and are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer.
Main Duties:
- Develop, establish and maintain new process controls and quality measures for Supplier Quality
- Work with the Procurement and Engineering teams to define quality requirements on the supply chain
- Collaborate with suppliers and contract manufacturers to continually achieve a high level of performance
- Report on supplier quality performance on a monthly basis
- Carry out Quality Control inspections according to internal requirements
Key Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience within a Supplier Quality Engineer type role
- Knowledge of implementing quality standards with latest ISO9001 standards
- Experience within an electronic/mechanical/manufacturing environment
The salary for the position is upto £40-60k depending on experience
