Main Responsibilities -
- Develop, deliver, and evaluate class or subject-specific activities aimed at enhancing student learning experiences
- Establish an engaging and well-structured learning atmosphere, efficiently utilizing time and available resources
- Collaborate in the planning, preparation, and implementation of the GCSE and A Level curriculum
- Cultivate a supportive learning environment that nurtures student confidence, autonomy, and drive
- Participate in and contribute to Student, Parent, Teacher sessions, educational gatherings, and Open Day occasions as necessary
- Engage in and actively participate in departmental and staff gatherings
Requirements -
- Hold a university degree
- Ideally, have prior teaching experience in secondary and sixth form schools
- Show familiarity with the GCSE and A Level mathematics curriculum
- Display integrity, mindfulness, and purposefulness in decision-making and conduct
