Description
- Establish and nurture relationships with new clients while maintaining strong connections with existing ones.
- Drive business growth through inbound and outbound calls as well as email enquiries.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to completion.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions within CRM software.
- Follow up on all online-generated sales leads promptly.
- Address customer queries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Understand customer needs to encourage repeat business.
- Prepare and manage quotations and order confirmations using CRM tools.
Profile
A successful Sales Account Executive should have:
- Proven sales experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance metrics.
- A strong team player who can also work independently when required.
