The role demands proficiency in representing parents and guardians in care proceedings, including Interim Care Orders, Emergency Protection Orders, and Supervision Orders. Additionally, expertise in Special Guardianship Orders, private law, and Family Law Act proceedings will be essential.
The successful candidate will be adept at navigating the intricacies of divorce and separation, financial orders, cohabitation agreements, as well as pre and post-nuptial agreements. Familiarity with CCMS and Legal Aid processes is strongly desirable for this role, ensuring that the highest standards of client service are maintained.
