£65,000 basic + 30% bonus + amazing benefits
I am working one of Europe's top VC companies, based in London looking to hire a Senior IT Engineer.
The company are very well known and back some of the most successful and well known Tech business across the world.
We are looking for a very driven professional and enthusiastic individual with great Mac and google app/workspace experience.

This role is a perm role and will pay a really good basic, great bonus plus the most amazing benefits package!

Interviews taking place early next week:
- Deploy new laptops and iphone using JAMF infrastructure, Maintain asset lists.
- Work with BetterCloud End to End SaaS Management platform.
- Create all new users in all required applications including but not limited to Okta, Google apps, Slack etc.
- Install and update all Mac and IOS devices following patch approval from IT Director
- Troubleshoot any networking issues and document any relevant fixes - Report any findings to the IT Director.
- Provide support to the IT Director in all large IT projects
- Manage the help desk and document all users requests coming in. Elevate user requests to the appropriate person until resolved
- Monitor and support our security tools including umbrella and antivirus. Elevate any findings as required
- Ensure all Zoom room meetings are operational and provide technical hardware and software support
- Provide pre designed onboarding training to all new users
- Deliver pre designed training to users as required
KEY TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience. Experience in a financial services or professional services environment is advantageous
- Knowledge of Mac and Windows technologies
- Knowledge of JAMF/MDM Deployments
- Knowledge of BetterCloud
- Knowledge of Google G-Workspace (users, emails, docs) and GAM
- Strong IT support skills, troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Knowledge of Zoom Rooms/Zoom Phone/Zoom Meetings
- A strong team player who puts the best interests of the and the wider team before their own
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Must make everybody feel comfortable, calm and confident in resolutions of issues
