Altum Consulting are pleased to be partnering with a global digital advertising, marketing and technology services company. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing dynamic business that is in the process of strengthening its finance team. We are looking to recruit a Group Reporting Accountant within the Group Reporting team, who are based in London.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the monthly close process to ensure timely and efficient reporting, including review of divisional data submissions within the consolidation system
- Assisting with the intercompany reconciliation and elimination process
- Collaborating with finance teams to ensure financial reporting requirements are met
- Providing technical support to finance teams on accounting topics
- Supporting the year end and half year external reporting process
- Preparation of financial statement sections including review of submissions from global finance teams
- Assistance with the preparation and review of the subsidiary statutory accounts
- Continuously improving reporting outputs, processes and systems
- Manage and build relationships with internal stakeholders and teams and external auditors
Requirements:
- A newly qualified chartered accountant (e.g. ACA/ACCA)
- Working knowledge of IFRS
- Working knowledge of consolidation systems an advantage
- Relevant industry experience an advantage
- Ability to communicate and build relationships with local and global finance teams
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
