Our client is recruiting for a legal secretary to join their friendly professional team based in the York area. This is a super, traditional firm offering superb prospects within a well established property team.
You will work at senior level, assisting a very experience conveyancing fee earner - and help with all aspects of the conveyancing process.
Duties will include:
Audio and copy typing of correspondence, file notes, letters, forms etc
Handling searches and land registry forms
Dealing with diary management
Arranging appointments
Liaising with clients via telephone, face to face, email
Organising DX and Post
Filing and archiving
Preparing legal documents
You must have substantial legal experience - preferably within property

Hours are full time Monday to Friday
