Finance Administrator

Alexander Daniels are working on behalf of a reputable organisation in Manchester that is looking to appoint a Finance Administrator to join their Process Division on a temporary basis for 3 months. There is a strong possibility this role could transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

This is a transactional finance role which would suit someone with previous experience in finance processing and administration, who is ready to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise and issue sales invoices accurately and on time
  • Process timesheets for payroll and billing purposes
  • Handle day-to-day transactional finance duties
  • Support the wider finance team with administrative tasks as required
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity in financial systems

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar finance/administrative role
  • Familiarity with IFS is highly desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Available to start immediately
