Alexander Daniels are working on behalf of a reputable organisation in Manchester that is looking to appoint a Finance Administrator to join their Process Division on a temporary basis for 3 months. There is a strong possibility this role could transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.
This is a transactional finance role which would suit someone with previous experience in finance processing and administration, who is ready to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raise and issue sales invoices accurately and on time
- Process timesheets for payroll and billing purposes
- Handle day-to-day transactional finance duties
- Support the wider finance team with administrative tasks as required
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity in financial systems
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar finance/administrative role
- Familiarity with IFS is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Available to start immediately
