Key responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and accurately
- Processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within a manufacturing or similar industry

- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
