As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts in the pharma and life science sectors. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, studio, and PR/Comms, to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are effectively met.
  • Monitor and analyse client account performance, providing reports and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Attend client meetings and presentations as required.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry news and developments to enhance your expertise.
  • Stay current on advancements in B2B marketing and propose innovative ideas to senior management.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in project management and coordination.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales and marketing tools.
  • Understanding of marketing and sales principles and practises.
