Permanent - Full TimeWe are looking for a highly organised and competent Administrator / Document Controller to set up, manage and maintain project document control systems in line with the company, customer and project.

You will initially support the pre-construction project team within the Slough office, with plans to then move on-site with the construction team in Thatcham, Reading.

About the role:

  • Act as focal point for all team document management matters
  • You will be responsible for providing administrative and document control support to the project team, both during the pre-construction and delivery stage.
  • Coordinate all activities related to the document control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence through to close out and handover stage.
  • Endorse the corporate content management system ensuring business system continuity is met.
  • Provide confidential administrative support to the project team, including management of staff and subcontractors' clearance procedure, general reporting, meetings, and diary management
  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the site office management, general site administration, including front of house duties

Ideally you will have:

  • Good standard of education either GCSE level or equivalent (NVQ level 2).
  • Experience of delivering an excellent customer service.
  • Ability to design and layout letters, submissions, and presentations to a high standard.
  • Experience of producing customer facing documents to a very high standard.
  • Working efficiently and independently within a team environment to tight deadlines.
  • Good computer skills with a good working knowledge of MS Office, MS publisher or other DTP software.
