Annual Pay and Benefits:
- Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
- Additional Pay: Commission pay

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am-5:30 pm, with one late shift from 10:30 am-7:00 pm, no weekends
We are currently seeking an experienced IVA Case Manager to join a leading IVA provider based in Altrincham, Cheshire, near Manchester City Centre. As an IVA Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing the administration of clients' approved IVAs, ensuring all regulatory duties and obligations are fulfilled. Your duties will include handling client queries via telephone and email, liaising with clients, creditors, and third parties, and ensuring timely processing of modifications. Additionally, you will conduct income and expenditure reviews, calculate and request additional income, and monitor accounts daily to follow up on any declined payments.
The IVA Case Manager will also be required to conduct annual reviews, issue notices of breach when necessary, and draft and issue variation documents. You will also draft and issue completion and termination reports, and manage the registration and removal of restrictions as needed.
The ideal IVA Case Manager will have proven experience in a similar role, with in-depth knowledge of personal insolvency and debt management solutions.
