The client UK-based town planning consultancy that provides expert planning advice and services to a variety of clients, including landowners, developers, and public sector bodies, is looking for a Town Planner to join the team.

The successful candidates will have the opportunity to be a part of a range of planning projects across large-scale residential, commercial, mixed-use rural and agricultural and heritage projects! You will not only learn and develop your skill from leading professionals, but you will also get to work with talented individuals from different disciplinaries.

The Position as a Town Planner

The position as a Planning Consultant for a proactive individual with a personable attitude. As a Planning Consultant, you will be meaningfully engaged in a diverse range and scale of projects and be an active member in a multi-disciplinary team

Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Town Planner

  • RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant
  • Working towards MRTPI or Chartered
  • Previous relevant experience.
  • A proven track record managing caseloads for different planning applications - residential / renewables ideally.
  • Have good communication and an enthusiastic mentality
  • Ability to work in a fast-faced environment
