Key Responsibilities:

Handle domestic abuse cases and childcare cases.

Manage other areas of work involving:

Divorce and separation
-
Financial remedy
-
Co-habitation
-
Children matters
-
Pre- and post-nuptial agreements

Work on public and private law children matters and financial proceedings.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE.
- Knowledge of Legal Aid work.
- Experience in all areas of family law work.
- Experience in supervising paralegals is advantageous.
- Excellent client care skills.
