This key role involves taking over operational functions from the current Director, allowing them to take on CEO responsibilities, including managing Heads of Department, compliance, HR, and general operations, as well as reporting to shareholders.
With a clear path to progression, you'll have the opportunity to step into the Managing Director role within a year, supporting the company's growth strategy both organically and through acquisitions. There is also potential to move into the CEO position within 3-5 years.
