Our client is a successful and established Financial services co in Horsham and they are currently looking for a part time generalist to join the HR team
This role is 21 hours per week 3 full days per week in the Horsham office
We are looking for someone from a HR background now looking for part time work
In summary
Advise staff regarding terms and conditions, entitlements, and HR matters.
Ensure that the HR department procedures are compliant with legal requirements.
Ensure HR policies and processes are in place and implemented.
In conjunction with Head of HR, manage low level employee relation queries or concerns and prepare Occupational Health or Mental Health referral cases for review.
Maintain and update employment contracts in compliance with evolving employment laws.
Support the HR Manager
You will have 3 years minimum HR experience
Base is £30-33000 as a full time equiv
